Kenwood Racing welcomed long time co-owners Carl & Adrienne D’Angelo as Kenwood Racing partners, as of January 1, 2017.  “Carl was one of the earliest members of the Kenwood Racing family, when he joined co-owner group #2 in the summer of 2010 at Monmouth Park ” explained Kenwood founder and managing partner H. Robb Levinsky. “Carl & Adrienne have participated in most of our co-owner groups since and Carl is a real student of the thoroughbred game. All of our partners felt they would be a perfect fit for our closely held company and we are delighted to have them join us as Kenwood partners”.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Carl and Adrienne have lived in Old Bridge, NJ for the past 23 years. Carl considers opening day at Monmouth Park to be his favorite day of the year and dreamed of being a thoroughbred owner almost from the day he saw his first race  “I always imagined owning racehorses and after being a co-owner in a number of groups and getting to know the Kenwood Racing team, I am really excited to now be an owner of the company. This is a dream come true for me”.

Kenwood ended 2016 on a winning note with three wins, two seconds and a third from just seven starts in December. The company’s unique “Taste of Thoroughbred Ownership®” program continues to experience dramatic growth and expects to welcome its 100th co-owner to the Kenwood Racing family in 2017
