Kenwood Racing Weekly Horse Update
- The Jockey Club has accepted the name U Kant Whip It for our new colt. It was a twist on a name suggested by Tony Guacci a long time Kenwood Racing Triple Crown Co-Owner which honors both his Sire and Dam. In addition he may get some notice from the Monmouth Park faithful as a new rule for this season, put in place by the NJ Racing Commission, states that a jockey’s use of the whip will be limited to being used only as a safety measure. In my opinion not a very well researched change. In addition, the colt had a nice work this morning in tandem with Tessa P our new filly. Both 2 year olds are progressing well and in Kelly Breen’s opinion “Doing everything right”.
We are actively looking for some additional 2 year olds at the April OBS. The Under Tack show has been going on all week and hopefully we will be able to find 1 or 2 nice horses at a reasonable price.
- Tracy Ann's Legacy was entered for races multiple times last week that did not go. Finally we caught a break and she is entered in a Starter Allowance on Sunday at Gulfstream Park with Paco Lopez up. She has been training well and is primed for a good run.
- Adhwaa is entered in an Allowance race on Monday April 19th at Parx. It is a softer spot than the Allowance at Aqueduct and Kelly felt that she would be well placed here. She gets top rider Frankie Pennington who rode her to a second place finish at this track back in November.
- Fire's Finale had a nice work yesterday and we are looking for a race for him at Gulfstream Park before he travels to Monmouth Park in a few weeks. Here is the link to the video of his work.

- Pango is also fine with Mark at Penn National.
