Just so you know, I thought the letter you sent out with the group 2 results was perfect. I went into this with my eyes wide open and have no issues at all with the way Kenwood handled group 2. I still remember the seminar when you said think of this like buying season tickets to a pro sports team. You don't get any money back on that!!
